Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luma Loft. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to the continental United States and the District of Columbia.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories unless otherwise stated.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, holidays, or order volume.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are typically 3-5 days after an order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, supplier delays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Some products may qualify for free shipping, while others may have shipping fees based on size, weight, delivery location, or supplier requirements.

Oversized furniture and large home products may have higher shipping costs.

5. Multiple Shipments

Because some products may ship directly from different suppliers or warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow 24-72 for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number is issued.

7. Large Furniture and Freight Delivery

Some furniture, oversized items, or heavy home products may ship by freight carrier.

Freight deliveries may require:

  • A delivery appointment
  • A signature upon delivery
  • Curbside delivery only, unless otherwise stated
  • Inspection of the package upon arrival

If the package appears damaged at delivery, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible at info@lumaloft.shop.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@lumaloft.shop. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at info@lumaloft.shop and we will assist with opening an investigation with the carrier when possible.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@lumaloft.shop.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and work with you on a solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled if they have not yet been processed, shipped, or submitted to a supplier.

Because many products are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
